Following a request by a Precision Volleyball information collector, Precision Volleyball comes with separate set versions where no colour remains (black and white text only) and all flags have been removed. The corresponding write-up for this non-colour version (NCV) follows:

This set contains the final 32 colleges that competed at the Women's Division I Tournament. Teams are rated solely based on games played at the tournament. All teams have team cards and team ratings, as well as scorers cards, which use points totals for the whole season to be filled out (13 players maximum).

Due to naming rights rules, only teams with geographical names are included in full. Those with partial geographical names will have an abbreviation for the rest of their individual school name, while those who do not have any geographical name will have it abbreviated in brackets, and the location of the school and the state abbreviation listed instead.

Texas claimed back-to-back national titles, and their fifth overall, defeating Nebraska in straight sets in Tampa, Florida. It was Nebraska's second final loss after losing to Wisconsin in 2021, and only second loss of their season (to 33 wins).

Pittsburgh made the last four after beating 2022 finalists Louisville 3-2 in their regional final, before losing in straight sets to Nebraska in the national semi-final. On the other side, Texas beat Wisconsin 3-1, and their closest game was back in the regional semi-final in Stanford, California, where Tennessee led 2-1 before winning in two tight sets 26-24, 16-14 to advance. Texas finished with a season record of 28-4.
