This set contains all 16 countries that competed in the top-level international league competition held across the world, with all including team cards and team listed ratings, as well as scoring cards (maximum 13 players listed).
 
A new name came on to the trophy as Turkey (Türkiye) came through from third place in the league stage with a 9-3 record, to defeat defending champions Italy in straight sets, Final Round hosts the United States 3-1 in the semi-final, and then in the final seeing off China 3-1 to claim the title.
 
China would finish second for the first time after making their first final when they defeated Poland - who had come first in the league stage with a 10-2 record. They would go on to defeat the United States - who also finished with a 10-2 record - in five sets in the third place playoff to claim their best-ever finish too.
 
At the bottom end, Croatia will again have to try and qualify for the competition through the Challenge League, as they finished last of the Challenge pool teams with a 2-10 record - the same as Bulgaria, but with three fewer match points.
