This set contains team ratings and scoring cards for all 12 men's and 12 women's teams that qualified to the main round of the tournament, held in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The two-time defending champions, United States, lost their first ever match at the tournament in the men's quarter-final, 18-16 to the Dominican Republic. It was not to be for the Dominicans, as they were dismantled 21-12 by Brazil in the semi-final, although they did bounce back to claim bronze for the second time, over Mexico, who had their best-ever finish nonetheless. With no USA, it left the door open for the hosts, Puerto Rico to claim gold for the first time, upgrading from their final loss in 2022, with an 18-14 victory over the Brazilians, who made it two silvers and three medals at the tournament.

After losing their crown in 2022, the American women got revenge for their loss in the semis to Canada, with a 21-15 victory at the same stage in 2023. They would meet Brazil in the final, after they defeated Chile 18-14, but like in the men's competition would have to settle with silver, as the USA regained the title, but only after a fight that went to the wire before they took a 21-20 victory. Canada took the bronze with an easy 21-8 win over Chile, but fourth was still their best finish ever.
