This set contains all 12 teams from the fourth edition of the competition for men's emerging handball nations, held in Bulgaria, with all teams receiving full team cards and basic cards, including optional attack and defence adjustments by situation, along with goal scorers lists and quick score module ratings.
 
Cuba, who finished second four years earlier, continued their rise by becoming the first non-European champion, with a 28-18 victory over Cyprus, who also made their first-ever final. Hosts Bulgaria smashed India 47-18 to claim third place, to repeat their third place finish in 2019.

Although Cuba's semifinal against the hosts was tight in the first half, they pulled away to win by seven goals, so their most closely fought match was likely against Great Britain in the pool phase, where they won 32-28. However, with just one team qualifying to the knockout phase, the Brits had to settle for winning through the second placed teams playoff to claim fifth overall.
