This set contains full team cards, including try scorers (including extra scorers) and individual goal kicker ranges, for all 24 teams who qualified to the competition, as well as the tournament-specific control charts for both home and away and neutral venue matches.
 
Toulouse became champions again for the first time since 2021, with the French club's record sixth title denying Leinster a what would have been equalling fifth, but only in extra time. Neither team crossed the whitewash in the 80 minutes, and were knotted up at 15-15, before despite both teams scoring in the first extra period, three further penalty goals saw Toulouse home to a 31-22 victory.
 
The Irish club have now lost all of the past three finals, following the previous two losses to La Rochelle, despite them finally beating the western French club in the quarter-finals, whilst Toulouse have been involved in - and won - all three European Cup finals that have gone to extra time.
