This set contains all 13 clubs who started the season, with home and away ratings, and team cards including try scorers and individual goal kicker ranges, as well as control charts for both home-and-away and neutral venue matches.
The 2022-23 season may well prove pivotal to the mere future of English club rugby, as during the early part of the year both Worcester and then Coventry W collapsed and were removed from the league, and then following the season London I joined them, as three of the original thirteen clubs disappeared in only nine months.
On the pitch, London S topped the table five points ahead of Sale, and the pair would make the league final with wins over Northampton 38-15, and defending champions 21-13, respectively.
In the final, Sale - looking for only their second league title - held the lead into the final quarter, but two tries inside five minutes led London S to a 35-25 victory, as they became champions for the sixth time, moving them to second place overall alongside Bath, and ironically Coventry W.
