This set contains full home and away team ratings and scoring cards for all 12 teams that competed in this season (Victoria League).

Note that this season had quarter lengths of 25 instead of 20 minutes, so that should be used for full play games; we've decided to use the men's quick play chart unaltered at this stage (as at release).

Another tight home-and-away season with the top four teams separated by just one win, but after winning the minor premiership on percentage, Carlton also defeated their big rivals Collingwood in the Grand Final, to win their 13th premiership.

Collingwood had won both matches in the regular rounds, but after losing their opening final to Geelong, had to beat Fitzroy, before overturning their loss to Geelong in the Preliminary Final, to make the big game. Carlton though would consign them to a third straight Grand Final defeat, pulling away in the fourth quarter to win by 20 points, and returning to the championship circle after missing out a year earlier when eliminated from the finals in straight sets.

This was also the final year of solely Victorian clubs, as South Melbourne left for Sydney during the offseason. Melbourne claimed the wooden spoon, and narrowly avoided the ignominy of a winless season - their only win coming by one point against Footscray in Round 3.
